Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order once placed. An order is considered dispatched when handed to our shipping carrier and in transit to your address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery depends on your location:

  • UK: 23-45 business days
  • Australia: 23-46 business days
  • Canada: 20-45 business days
  • Worldwide: 1-2 months

During busy periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are beyond our control. Additionally, international shipments may encounter unexpected customs delays, extending the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate information may cause delays or order cancellation. If our system detects any address issues, we’ll reach out within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost or stolen after being handed to our courier, please contact us via our Contact Us page. We recommend also reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim. While Welnik is not liable for lost or stolen packages, we’ll assist you to the best of our ability and, if the package is confirmed lost, may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
